"May the best day of your past Be the worst day of your future." My Dad always wished me this Irish Blessing and I want it to matter today and every other day in my life.

‘… goodness and mercy …’
Psalm 23:6English Standard
6 Surely goodness and mercy shall
all the days of my life,
and I shall dwellin the house of the Lord
people are more positively inclined but on the contrary to most people I find
that myself esteem is very low.I tend
to speak to myself in a really negative and harsh way.I need to purposefully speak into my life,
morning I wake and thank the Lord for another day, and then get really busy,
once I slow down and have time to myself, the negative thoughts come streaming
I have so
many regrets and before I realize it I have cut myself down to nothing. Now I need to pick myself up and keep
reminding myself that ‘surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days
of my life.’I have to purposefully stay
focused to God’s word or I probably with fall into a deep depression.
need to remind myself of the goodness and mercy that does follow me, looking at
what I have in my life and thanking God for His grace towards me.
thank you for the Psalms and thank You that I can stand on Your word ‘surely
goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life.’I cannot make it on my own and I really need
You each and every day.In Jesus name,
