Where are you going to? #Future #Forward #Travel

Genesis 11:31-32 (ESV)

Let’s see what happened in Genesis 11 verses 31.  We see that Terah was traveling and took Abram his son and Lot the son of Haran, his grandson and Sarai his daughter-in-law, his son Abram’s wife and they left Ur of the Chaldeans to go to the land of Canaan.  Then they got sidetracked and when they came to Haran, probably like the place and they settled there.  Terah actually live to 205 years and died in Haran.
The dream Terah had was to travel to Canaan but they he got sidetracked, he stopped over in Haran and decided it will do.
Now, where are you going to?  Are you on your way to your Canaan and have you taken a shortstop and been sidetracked?
In order to move forward, we need to enlarge our vision and see what it is God has in store for us.  God placed a dream within your heart and now, you are sitting still not doing anything about it.
I want to encourage you today, you have been made for more than enough, don’t settle for where you are.  Keep moving forward.

Jesus loves you.

#I love you#Jesus#

1 John 4:7 (NKJV)
Knowing God through Love
Beloved, let us love one another, for love is of God; and everyone who loves is born of God and knows God.
Love is something that you cannot keep but that you have to give away.  As you start your day, let’s think about acts of love.  Being friendly and kind, encouraging someone that is feeling down, giving someone a hug when they feel dreadful.  By smiling at a stranger who looks like clouds of “thunder and lightning” are all around them.
We see in Ephesians 4 verse 2 “be completely humble and gentle; be patient; bearing with one another in love.”  1 Peter 4 verse 8 “above all, love each other deeply because love covers over a multitude of sin.”  As you focus and think on these precious words today, may I say ‘I Love you!”  May your day be filled with a hug, kisses, and loads of friendly people, smiles, and hugs coming to you today.
Prayer

O Lord, thank you that we can come in humble prayer to You, help us to give our love away so that others can see You in our own lives.  Strengthen those who are struggling today, thank You for loving us anyway.  In the Holy Name of Jesus Christ, Amen

Lord, help me recognize my calling #gratefulness#gifts#fulfilling#

Philippians 2:13 (AMP)
13 For it is [not your strength, but it is] God who is effectively at work in you, both to will and to work [that is, strengthening, energizing, and creating in you the longing and the ability to fulfill your purpose] for His good pleasure.
God put a dream in my heart and I have been contemplating it, dreaming about it and playing with the possibility of actually doing it.  I then started 3 years ago, I started writing my Daily Devotional Book, I asked God for the necessary wisdom and insight.  God is awesome and I received it but then every now and then I would lose sight of my dream and allowed the devil to make me feel that it was an impossibility.

I wrote my Daily Devotional over three years and I finally completed it last year.  I then prayed about my book which I refer to “our book”.  The Lord God’s and mine, the reason for it being “our book” is because I believe God inspired me to write it.

Thank You, Lord my book has been accepted for publishing.  I am currently working on the final touches and I want to give the Lord my God all the glory and honor.  I want to tell you nothing is impossible for the Lord my God.

Prayer

O Lord, my God thank You for this great and awesome opportunity, thank You that You have opened a door for me.  Lord, I pray for other people who are also looking for their calling in life.  Lord, I pray for great and awesome opportunities to be opened for each person reading my Blog.  Blessing in an abundance, in the Holy Name of You Lord Jesus.  Amen

God see you, all the time!

2 Chronicles 16: 9 (NLT)

9 The eyes of the lord search the whole earth in order to strengthen those whose hearts are fully committed to him. What a fool you have been! From now on you will be at war.”

Today let me encourage you and let you know that you are not alone.  God see you and is searching the whole earth to strength ‘Those whose hearts are fully committed to Him.”  Awesome, a Mighty God is on your side, strengthening you.

Many times we go through life feeling useless and left out, nowhere to go and also all alone.  You might see your friends and family going forward doing well, looking at your own circumstances you cannot see a way forward.

Be encourage today, God is searching the “whole world” for you, and He sees you.  Call out to Him today, praise His Holy Name, see how He will lift Your life and bring you into your good future!

Prayer

Dear Lord thank You, for this encouraging word for today, we are so grateful that You search the whole world for the faithful and those committed to You.  Amen

Believe in Your Future

Hebrews 3:14-15 (NASB)
14 For we have become partakers of Christ, if we hold fast the beginning of our assurance firm until the end, 15 while it is said,
“Today if you hear His voice,
Do not harden your hearts, as when they provoked Me.”

It’s a Monday and I have so much to take care of, last Monday I was wondering “what on earth am I going to do with all my time.”  Guess what, I have a whole lot of things to attend to.

My heart was heavy and I was concerned about my future, although everywhere I went someone was telling me that my future is bright and something is on its way.

Believing in the Lord Jesus is really important to each of us.  Without the Lord, we are nothing, we will act like brutes and be rude and never consider other people.  Our lives will be self-centred and we will do just as we please.

Then with the Lord Jesus, we become more and more like the Lord, we love people unconditionally, we take care of their needs and we look out for them.  We help people in need and we look up to the Lord Jesus for guidance.

Just so you know, your future is bright; you have something great waiting to happen in your life.  Yes, there might be someone trying to pull you down, let go of them place them in the Lord's hands.

Prayers

O Lord Jesus, we have become partakers of You, if we hold fast the beginning of our assurance firm until the end, and Lord while it is said, “Today if you hear His voice,
Do not harden your hearts, as when they provoked Me.” Let us grab hold of You and never let You go.  Amen

Invest in your future #Goodattitude#GodisWatching#

Galatians 6:7 (NKJV)
Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap.
This all boils down to your attitude, how you deal with your lives circumstances and what is inside of you, can you show mercy and lover?  Are you working at being kinder towards people who are darn right rude?  Are you dealing with forgiveness in your own life?  Dropping the feelings of anger and moving on, living a happier life?
God is watching each one of us, whatever we are doing He can see it.  You have the ability to read and understand His word.  Look carefully at these words, “for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap.”
Speaking to the converted, today is my challenge to you, forgive someone that hurt you.  Help someone who disappointed you.  Speak life into the persons lives that makes you crazy and is constantly trying to upset your life.  Forgive the person who speaks ill of you constantly, pray for the person asking the Holy Spirit to deal with them.
Spread the good news, look for the good in other people, stop seeing their faults and mistakes, look for that good seed.
Prayer
Lord Jesus, we know that God is watching each one of us right now.  Humbly we repent of our sins and ask that Lord You will forgive us.  We sinned against You and man.  Teach us to work at our attitudes, teach us to give our best always.  In the name of Jesus Amen

Say no to sin.

Genesis 3:4-6 (TLB)

“That’s a lie!” the serpent hissed.  “You’ll not die! God knows very well that the instant you eat it you will become like him, for your eyes will be opened—you will be able to distinguish good from evil!”  The woman was convinced.  How lovely and fresh looking it was!  And it would make her so wise! So she ate some of the fruit and gave some to her husband, and he ate it too.

You know one thing that I have noticed here is that the woman desired to become wise and she wanted to distinguish good from evil.  When she listened to the serpent who was selling her the forbidden fruit, these things must have been on her mind.

Sin is always present we all know good from evil the thing is are we willing to let go of sin and take hold of good?

Our desires are always on our minds.  We want so many things and we do desire so much in this world.  The sad part is that we do not understand that we are just here for a short while and then we are on our way to heaven.  We need to prepare for our eternal life.  How on earth can that be part of this message?  Well, it clear we have to make the decision concerning our lives.

The Lord has sent the Holy Spirit to constantly remind and reveal to us what it is we need.  When we act incorrectly we hear Him speaking to us, we either correct it or ignore it.

Prayer

O Lord Jesus, You know our desires and understand our dreams.  Help us to stay focused and connected to You.  Holy Spirit shapes our hearts and souls so that we will know right from wrong, good from evil.  We love you Lord Jesus, Amen
