When I was a young girl both my parents would remind me that I should always strive to do my best in whatever I am doing.   If you do the dishes, do it to your best ability. Today it is on my heart to encourage and remind you to be excellent, doing your best and remember its not for people but for the Lord.   It will be pleasing in the sight of the Lord and He will reward you in due course.   How?   You never know when you will be promoted or receive a bonus for a job well done.    You are a blessin...

#1 – 2 – 3 Great Weekends As we approached the Town house I saw my mom walking towards the car she looked demure and pretty, and her graceful picture of black and white skinny pants and shirt let her stand out.   Her graceful appearance and the smile upon her face was absolutely glowing. As I got out of the car and hugged her, kissed her and wished her a happy birthday.   She looked so happy to see me and my husband.   We all walked back toward the gated and greeted my stepdad whom himself looked so dashing.    God surely looked down upon us and it was clear we were where we were supposed to be this weekend.   She served us something to drink while we sat in front of the fire waiting for my sister to arrive we chatted. Thinking about the function of rewiring anything, you need to take out all the old wires and then start replacing each wire one at a time.   This is a process and there may be turns and bends in awkward places.   I think about my own life right now and I believe God is really busy working in my own life.   I have never really felt the need to rewire my life according to the Word of God.   I was always under the impression that I was just fine. This year I have come to a place in my life where I realized that I really and truly need ‘rewiring’ and this rewiring needs to come from the Lord my God.
