⁹ Live happily with the woman you love through the fleeting days of life, for the wife God gives you is your best reward down here for all your earthly toil. 

I get so upset when I read about people getting divorced or someone being murdered.  It is so hard to believe that we have all become so self-centered.  

We need to get our acts together, tomorrow isn’t a sure thing, you may live your last day today, so I think you should live it to the fullest.

Something I want to tell you, do whatever it is you are doing to the best of your ability, I want to encourage you try and become excellent!!  I bake cakes for some extra cash, my customers tell me the cakes are excellent.  I try and sometimes I am not that good but I want to keep on improving on my baking.  

God’s gift for today is, you woke up, now dress to kill, eat your food, work your best job and make people smile.  You are their sun shine.

Prayer

Lord thank You for today I am expecting good and great opportunities.  Praise YOU LORD for today.  In Jesus Name, Amen

 

Our High Priest

Since then we have a great high priest who has passed through the heavens, Jesus, the Son of God, let us hold fast our confession. Seeing Spider when woken suddenly? Hallucination

I don’t know if I was imagining it but this morning on waking up I saw what seemed to be a huge black spider on the ceiling and its legs was moving really fast.  I screamed at my husband to switch the lights on so he can catch it.  He got such a fright jumped out of bed and switched on the lights.

NOTHING!

He said ‘my wife you must be hallucinating.’  But I don’t use any medication and I could have sworn I saw the massive spider.  Do you think I am seeing thing, am I losing my mind?

“Can anything separate us from Christ’s love?”

Romans 8: 35 (NLT)

³⁵ Can anything ever separate us from Christ’s love? Does it mean he no longer loves us if we have trouble or calamity, or are persecuted, or hungry, or destitute, or in danger, or threatened with death?

The apostle Paul answers the question ‘Does it mean he no longer loves us if we have trouble or calamity, or are persecuted, or hungry, or destitute, or in danger, or threatened with death?’  No, we have a living God who cares deeply about you and me.  Nothing can separate us from the love of Christ.

Remember God gave His only begotten son to die for our sins on the cross, wouldn’t He help you today?  Of course He will, not even my negative thoughts are able to keep God’s love away from me.   I am the righteousness of God in Christ.  

Prayer

O Lord God, thank You for today’s Word, please searches my heart, soul and mind that I may be acceptable to You.  Thank You for the assurance that nothing can keep me away from Christ’s love.  Amen

Sing YOUR praises with all my heart!

Psalm 108: 1

“My heart is confident in You, O God; no wonder I can sing YOUR praises with all my heart!”

Praising the LORD God is one of the best things in the world to do.  Nothing can lift my spirit so when I sing praises to the LORD my God.

Praise the Lord when you feel down, praise the Lord when you are up there and praise the Lord just anywhere.

Abba Father I praise Your Holy, Name, You are my shelter, I love You Lord with all my heart, with all my soul, and with all my being.  Worshiping You Lord today and saying thank You for the blessings You have given me.  I worship and praise You Lord, I love You with all my being.

How remarkable are you?

Philippians 2: 13 (NLT)

¹³ God is working in you, giving you the desire and the power to do what please Him.

One thing I have realized not you or I have the ability to do great things, if God does not give us the remarkable abilities to do them.  Today as I study and focus on the Lord God, I must be honest in telling You that I want to be remarkable.  I want to be excellent; I want to achieve the highest goal in my life.  I have never been able to do anything outstanding – great – magnificent or even remotely remarkable.

What will make me remarkable?  What will make me excellent?  How can all I do become something great and outstanding?  Do you know how to achieve this?  I want it, I want to be everything God created me to be.  I want to also do everything in Honoring my God.

Prayer

Almighty God, if I am too ambitious and if my motives are wrong, please show me.  Today in boldness I come to YOU LORD God Almighty, I am asking give me the wisdom, insight and understanding I need to achieve being remarkable.  In the Holy Name of Jesus, Amen

I burst out in songs of praise to HIM.

Psalm 28:7 (TLB)

⁷ He is my strength, my shield from every danger. I trusted in him, and he helped me. Joy rises in my heart until I burst out in songs of praise to him. 

Life is too short and I don’t want to make the mistake of not being grateful for my own life, the clothes on my back, the food on my plate, the job I can come to.

What I have seen and come to realize people take small gifts for granted, they aren’t grateful for the unexpected chocolate, packet of chips or a beautiful flower, perhaps a pendant.

It’s ah that’s nice but is that all?  The Lord holds a shied over us and when we trust in Him he helps us, so let joy rises from your hearts until you burst out in songs of praise to HIM.

Prayer

You Lord are a shield about me, I will burst out with songs of joy to bring YOU honor and glory and I will praise YOU Lord God Almighty, You are my Lord and I love and honor and praise YOU Holy Name.  In the name of Jesus Christ, Amen
