Testify!

I know when I stopped talking about all the wonderful things God was doing in my own life, my spiritual growth stopped.  I became stagnant and I was afraid to speak boldly about God.

Psalm 78: 5 – 7 NKJV

“For He established a testimony in Jacob, and appointed a law in Israel, which He commanded our fathers, that they should make them known to their children; that the generation to come might know them, the children who would be born, that they may arise and declare them to their children, that they may set their hope in God, and not forget the works of God, but keep His commandments;”

Finances are something I struggle with and I am constantly worried that I won't have enough to cover all my debt. The year before I was blessed and I started work, as a contract. I received untold blessings, to the extent that I am able to help my aged mom and her husband. I also am able to do things at home and help my husband. I am totally grateful for the finance I have right now. I want to encourage you today. I decided when I started working that I would give my tithings and I would also help my ageing mom. The two amount I give could buy me so many nice things, but I looked at my options and decide the two most important things in my life is God – my Heavenly Father and my mom.

Take courage and think on this in Psalms 13 verses 5 to 6 “But I have trusted and relied on and been confident in Your loving kindness and faithfulness; my heart shall rejoice and delight in Your salvation. I will sing to the LORD because He has dealt bountifully with me.” On reading this I am truly grateful to the LORD my God. He truly has dealt bountifully with me.

My contract is extended with a year and the threat of company closure is looming over us but I have taken to prayer and believe God has opened this door for me. He has blessed me so that I am able to be a blessing to my mom and that I am able to honour Him in giving my tithings. I feel strongly about this testimony and I want to encourage you today. I prayed compassionately asking for forgiveness of sin and trusting God to open the right doors for me. He has and I want to give Him all the praise and the Glory.

Prayer

Lord, Abba Father, thank You for providing according to my needs. Lord, I want to pray that You will send Your Holy Spirit out with my blog today. Lord each person reading this blog to be touched by Your Holy Spirit. I am praying Lord for more testimonies. Lord without You I am nothing and I thank You from the bottom of my heart for the Holy Spirit. Thank You for reminding me of my wealth and prosperity right now. I am grateful that You have blessed me so abundantly. In the name of Your Son Jesus Christ of Nazareth. Amen

Humble yourselves.

James 4: 10 AMP

“Humble yourselves [with an attitude of repentance and insignificance] in the presence if the Lord, and He will exalt you [He will lift you up, He will give you purpose].”

I mistakenly thought that if I had present myself as humble I needed to be weak, shameful or dishonourable in demeanour. Honestly, this frightened me, I have been through so much and had been humiliated on so many levels, I had a difficult time in showing my humility.

I prayed about my life, I repented and in time I was able to humble myself before the Lord. Accepting Him in my life and believing that He has accepted me as I am. I think in my own haughtiness I relied on my own strength for many years. I believe in God’s grace that He isn’t limited by our human flaws.

I believe all things are possible with God. I can count on Him to save me and I did.

Prayer

Abba Father, today in humility I stand before You, I repent of my own importance and haughtiness. I pray for forgiveness of sins and I ask Lord Jesus Christ of Nazareth take Your place in my life. Holy Spirit You are welcome! In the Name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, Amen

I am Jesus's Representative

John 14: 14 AMP

“If you ask Me anything in My name [as My representative], I will do it.”

Today I am taking God at His word, and today I want to pray for the lives of people who have not accepted the Lord Jesus Christ of Nazareth as their saviour. I want to come humbly before you and ask “have you received the Lord Jesus Christ of Nazareth” as your Lord and Saviour?

I don’t want you to keep on putting this off you may not get another chance. Today is the day you need to honestly accept the Lord Jesus Christ as your saviour. Life isn’t worth living if you don’t have the Lord Jesus Christ in your own life.

I believe God has great opportunities for each of and we all need to draw near to Him. Today you have the opportunity to become a child of God. Today I am asking you come into the kingdom of the Lord Jesus Christ. His blood will cure any illness, His blood saves lives, His blood is a covering and a shield.

Prayer

Humbly Abba Father, I pray that the Holy Spirit will touch the lives of each person reading this blog today. I pray for their salvation and I call them into Your kingdom. Holy Spirit moves across the world today and touches the eyes and ears of each person reading my blog. Lord I pray for forgiveness of sins and I pray for repentance asking that You will come into our lives. We accept You Lord Jesus Christ in our lives. Thank You, in Jesus Christ Name Amen

Are you empowered by the Holy Spirit?

Galatians 5: 24 – 25 AMP

“And those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the sinful nature together with its passions and appetites. If we [claim to] live by the [Holy] Spirit, we must also walk by the Spirit [with personal integrity, godly character, and moral courage – our conduct empowered by the Holy Spirit].”

I believe the Holy Spirit gives each one of us the necessary chutzpah to get through difficult times. I have heard some of the ladies tell me that I am a strong woman. What they don’t know is that I used to be so fragile and so afraid. The one person that was supposed to be my friend turned out to be my biggest enemy. This person sold me out and threw me to the dogs so to speak. I had to defend and protect my children from such horrible things. I wasn’t able to back down but I had to stand up, against whatever came our way. I had no option, there was no one that I trusted and I was on my knees all the time.

I believe the Holy Spirit was with me all the time, I cried all the time, calling out to God and holding on for dear life. I didn’t have the nerve to let go of God I couldn’t do it on my own. In case you think I am harbouring ill feelings, bitterness and unforgiving towards this person – think again. I have asked God to forgive that person; I also forgive this person so that I can move forward in The Lord Jesus Christ of Nazareth.

Prayer

Abba Father, humbly I come into Your presence today and I pray please help me to outlaw all bitterness from my life and fill me with love and with total forgiveness and acceptance of others. I want to live sacrificial seeking every moment to love and serve You Lord God in holiness, humility and humble prayer. In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, Amen

Come Holy Spirit I need You!

I am praying for the Holy Spirit to activate my life so that I am able to reach the lost and bring them to the Kingdom of God, through the Bible and scripture.

1 Corinthians 2: 14

“But the natural man does not receive the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him; nor can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.”

We need to remember that the Holy Spirit forms part of the Trinity: The Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. This tells me that the Holy Spirit is the third person in the God Head. I have read that the Holy Spirit is the representation of the holiness of God. His name is Holy.

The Holy Spirit works with the Father and the Son helping us to understand the Word of God and to grow spiritually. The Holy Spirit is everywhere and we can trust in Him. The Holy Spirit has feelings, emotions and a will. The Holy Spirit reminds us of what the Lord Jesus Christ did for all of us and teaches us.

Prayer

Abba Father, it is my heart’s desire that the Holy Spirit will teach me and help me going forward, I cannot do this on my own. Lord I am guilty of so many things in my life, I repent and ask to forgive me. If I have disappointed You humbly I repent and ask You to please forgive me in the Holy Name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth. I pray come, Holy Spirit I need You. In the name of the Lord Jesus Christ of Nazareth Amen

Sow Your Seed on Fertile Ground.

I have read in many parts of Israel there is a layer of limestone which lay an inch or so beneath the surface of the ground. This layer traps the moisture, and for a brief period of time, a plant growing there may appear to flourish. But as soon a dry spell comes the moisture quickly dissipates. Because of the limestone, the plants cannot sink its roots and soon withers and dies.

Mark 4: 3 – 9 AMP

“Listen! A sower went out to sow the seed; and as he was sowing, some seed fell by the road, and the birds came and ate it up. Other seed fell on rocks where there was not much soil, and immediately a plant sprang up because the soil had no depth. And when the sun came up, the plant was scorched; and because it had no root, it dried up and withered away.  Other seed fell among thorns, and the thorns came up and choked it, and it yielded no grain. And other seed fell into good soil, and as the plants grew and increased, they yielded a crop and produced thirty, sixty, and a hundred times [as much as had been sown]. And He said, “He who has ears to hear, let him hear and heed My words.”

Reading the Book of Mark brings me to a very important point today, sowing. It took me a very long time to completely trust God with my finances. The funny thing is I don't have a permanent job and I don't have the security most people have when employed permanently. I decided to give my tithes and also help other people.

I feel that I still need to give to God's people, Israel the Jewish people. It is my dream to travel to Israel one day perhaps God will open a door for me. God spoke to Abraham and said: "I will bless those who bless you, and I will curse him who curses you, and in you, all the families of the earth shall be blessed." Genesis 12 verse 3.

The law of sowing comes from God's word and I want to be obedient and honour my God. I believe that I need to also be patient "Therefore be patient, brethren, until the coming of the LORD. See how the farmer waits for the precious fruit of the earth, waiting patiently for it until it receives the early and latter rains." James 5 verse 7.

Prayer

Abba Father I thank You Lord for today, thank You for the outpouring of the Spirit. Lord, I pray that Your Spirit will touch the lives of every person who reads this blog today. I pray that we all will give to the Jewish people and that we will help them. I pray Lord for peace in Israel and I ask that Your Spirit will touch the lives of each person today. Blessing in abundance and I pray that You will keep each one safe. Lord, I plead the blood of Jesus Christ of Nazareth over each person today. Amen

“I assure you and most solemnly say to you, anyone who believes in Me [as Savior] will also do the things that I do, and he will do even greater things than these [in extent and outreach] because I am going to the Father. And I will do whatever you ask in My name [as My representative], this I will do, so that the Father may be glorified and celebrated in the Son. If you ask Me anything in My name [as My representative], I will do it.”

I found myself stuck at the resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ of Nazareth, not moving forward. I cannot explain what made me stay there but that’s exactly where I found myself. I want to take a bold step today and move forward. It is my prayer that the Holy Spirit will activate me. I believe in the Lord Jesus Christ of Nazareth, He is my Savior.  Today I pray asking in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, Abba Father, please accept my humble apologies for not believing fully in You.

In humble prayer Holy Spirit I come before You this morning, please come into my life. I want to be activated and do the same works as the Lord Jesus Christ. I cannot do anything out of my own. I am nobody and have no authority but with You living within me I am able to do more than what I can think of. Humbly Holy Spirit I pray forgive me if I have sinned against You knowingly or unknowingly.

Prayer

Abba Father, please send the Holy Spirit to activate my life today. I want to be in the right place at the right time. You have shown me this today and I pray to remove the scales from my eyes and open my ears to hear. In the Holy Name of Your Son Jesus Christ of Nazareth I ask. Please Lord active me today. Amen

LORD enlightens my eyes.

Psalm 19: 8 ESV

“the precepts of the LORD are right, rejoicing the heart; the commandment of the LORD is pure, enlightening the eyes;”

I am sure you are the same as I am constantly seeking the LORD. I know from my side I want to know more and more each day. My life is focused on the LORD. My relationship with the LORD could be better and I am seeking Him each and every day. Sometimes I fail Him and it makes me want to cry.

Today I am asking You LORD God in the Name of Your Son Jesus of Nazareth to please help me with the precepts of YOU and help me with Your commandment which is pure and please enlighten my eyes. It is my heart's desire to draw near to You each and every day. I love and worship You, Lord. 

Prayer

LORD, please show me the way forward. I am seeking You and me am drawing closer to You each and every day. Please help me build a true and pure relationship with You. I need Your help going forward. In the Holy Name of Jesus Christ, I pray Amen.

God choose me!

Genesis 12: 2 AMP 

“And I will make you a great nation, and I will bless you [abundantly], and make your name great (exalted, distinguished); and you shall be a blessing [a source of great good to others];”

I believe God is busy equipping me and you each and every day. I think people that are in a relationship is constantly working at their difference. Remember I am a woman and apparently I have many flaws. You know the thing that struck me about this passage is where God is blessing Abram and telling Abram that He was making him a great nation. God will bless Abram abundantly and make his name great so that he would be a blessing to others.

I am standing on this word for my own life, I believe I already live with a great nation and I believe God will bless me abundantly and me my name great. I am a blessing to many people in my life. I want to encourage you today to start looking for the reasons God choose you. I know God choose me before I choose Him.

Prayer

Lord, Almighty God, humbly I want to say thank You for this word today, I believe You will bless me abundantly. Help me be a blessing to other people as well. I need Your supernatural guidance and wisdom in my life today. Lord, I pray for supernatural favour in my life and the lives of all my family and friends. Praise Your Holy Name, Abba Father, You are good and wonderful and Your mercies are new every day. I worship and thank You for today and bring You all the glory and honour. In Jesus Name Amen
