Metanoia – the Greek word for repent

Metanoia - Repent!

To change, to turn around and go the other way.  Dear Darlings may I ask you if you have been born again?  Do you believe in the Lord Jesus Christ?

‘I gave her time to repent.’  Revelations 2:21

This morning I want to pray with you for a new and better life, with the only God that can change Your life and circumstances.  

Baruch haba baShem Yeshua hamasiah, Father God humbly I stand before You and I pray Lord please forgive me of my sins.  I come and ask that You will fill me with the Holy Spirit today as I accept the Lord Jesus Christ as my Lord and Saviour. 

Thank you for this time and thank you that I am able to speak to You.  In the name of my Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.

Angel

‘… some people have entertained angels without knowing it.’  Hebrews 13:2

Hello darlings, I was sitting here and wondering about Angels, we don’t see them in the physical world as they are spiritual.  I have wondered if I ever had the honour of serving an angel of God?  Perhaps someone that came to my home and I treated them well?  I don’t know, I don’t have any bells going off in my head about that right now.

I believe that God will send His angels to protect us in our most difficult and dangerous times, Psalm 91: 11 ‘For he will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways.’  I had been going through a really difficult time in my life and the car I drove was really scary, I didn’t have breaks, the tyres were really bad not mention that the gears was a mess.  I drove this little blue car to work and back and God sent His angels to protect me.  I remember Otto one of my friends boyfriends saying it’s a wonder I get home and to work each day.  I turned to him and confessed that in the back seat of my car there was an angel of God watching over me.  He walked up to the car and peered through the window, while he looked in he stated ‘I don’t see anything’.  I laughed and said ‘his there, I know he is.’

I don’t know what you are facing and how your day is going to turn out but take heart, God is in control over each one of our lives.  He is watching over us and never ever forgets us.

Praise the LORD, O my soul; all my inmost being, praise his holy name.  Praise the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits …. who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases, who redeems your life from the pit and crowns you with love and compassion, who satisfies your desires with good things so that you youth is renewed like the eagles. Psalm 103: 1 – 5

May the Lord my God be with you as you read this message, may the Holy Spirit fill your heart and mind and may you know the angels are all around you protecting and looking out for you.  Keep on praising our Lord in Jesus Christs Name!  Amen

the eyes of the Lord God!!!!

Hebrews 4:13

othing in all creation is hidden from God’s sight. Everything is uncovered and laid bare before the eyes of him to whom we must give account.

ou and I both know that God can see everything, things we do in front of people as well as things we think no one can see.  We don’t realise that everything is uncovered and laid bare before the eyes of the Lord.  Giving account to Him about what we have done and will do in the future, that is something to remember.

 

The Lord our God is watching and listening to everything we do and say.  The Lord Almighty is everywhere and He watches us all the time.  People in general can only see your exterior and what you are showing them.  God on the other hand can see into our hearts, He knows what we are planning and thinking.  Looking at each of us individually and assessing us constantly.  No judgment at this stage as He realises that we are mere mortals, I believe He looks down and smiles at what we get up too many times.  He can see the bigger picture and knows where He is directing us to go and we need to stay focused on Him.

Giving account of our every deed is going to be difficult, we all make mistakes and in humility I just come into His presence each day and humbly pray for forgiveness of sin.  Believing that I am the righteousness of God through Jesus Christ, armed with my Bible and prayer I stand humbly before God.  Repenting constantly of wrong thinking, wrong acting and wrong doing.  None of us can truly say we have no sin, we are all sinners and if not for the Blood of Jesus Christ and the Lords grace to be saved, we fall short and go straight to hell in an instant.

My challenge to you is this, are you able to come before the Lord each day, in humble prayer and dedicate your day into His hands.  Are you able to pray and ask the Lord for direction in that day and ask that He would guide you.

 

As for me, humbling my heart and mind and soul, I stand before the Lord and ask humbly Lord direct my path and show me the way to go, in the Holy Name of Jesus Christ.

ord God in humility I stand before You today asking for direction in my life as well as in the lives of my fellow bloggers.  I thank You Lord for the opportunitiy to pray for each person reading this blog, Holy Spirit come into each ones life and draw them closer to our Lord Jesus Christ.  Amen

Take up my cross daily

Luke 9: 23 ‘Then he said to them all:  “If anyone would come after me, he must deny himself and take up his cross daily and follow me.”

Hello darlings, how are you today?  I know taking up my cross each day is something I have to do and so do you.  Each morning when I rise and I face the day I can decide whether I am going to have a good day or a bad day.  Sometimes my circumstances don’t allow me to have a good day.

It will be a phone call or something I see on Facebook.  The only means right now in my life to bring the word of God to people around me is to write something on my day.  Looking in from the outside you probably would think, what can I offer you.  I don’t know if there is anything I can offer you, I am a woman with limited resources.  In that respect I cannot offer you anything, spiritually, I am doing as much as I can to get the word of my Lord and Saviour out into the world. 

Writing something as much as I can, the Lord saved me and died on the cross for my transgressions.  I am a child of God and I can trust in Him.  I don’t want to shame my Lord and let HIM down.  I want to let you and everybody else know that God loves you.  He son Jesus Christ died on the cross for your sins.  He was raised on the 3^rd day and sits on the right hand of Our Father God.  The Almighty God in heaven.

The Lords eyes on over the earth, searching for people who are serving Him, devoting their time and efforts in studying His word and drawing near to HIM.  

Take up your cross with me today, let us walk the distance and follow the Lord Jesus Christ.  Through Him we will have eternal life.  Take up your cross and come follow HIM.

This is my heart’s desire, that the Holy Spirit will come into Your hearts and mind today, that You may have a hunger and thirst to find our more about our Lord Jesus Christ.  Holding Him close to You and allowing the Holy Spirit to renew your minds, body and soul.  Changing you so that you too may become more like the Lord Jesus Christ.

Treasure within

The Message:  John 14: 15 – 17 ‘’If you love me, show it by doing what I’ve told you.  I will talk to the Father, and he’ll provide you another Friend so that you will always have someone with you.  This Friend is the Spirit of Truth.  The godless would can’t take him in because it doesn’t have eyes to see him, doesn’t know what to look for.  But you know him already because he has been staying with you, and will even be in you!”

Hello Darlings may the Lord Almighty Bless your hearts and fill your minds with the Word of God.  May only goodness and supernatural favour follow you today as you read my blog.  May the Lord show Himself to you and may you also enjoy the knowledge that the Holy Spirit is with you and within you.

I am so inspired by the knowledge that when I become born again I received the gift of the Holy Spirit, with the Holy Spirit living in me I am able to conquer all my fears.  I am able to do all things through the Lord Almighty as He is with me all the time.  My dreams and hopes lay with my Lord and I truly love the Lord my God with all my heart, body and mind.  I want to become more and more like the Lord Jesus and I want to know that the renewing of my mind will create purity within my heart which will follow me in joy and gentleness towards all people.

Reading John 14 I want to encourage you in ask the Father God in the name of Jesus Christ to lift you up and to fill you with the Holy Spirit.   I want to encourage you to apply yourself and to look to the Lord our God for guidance and in so doing grow spiritually.  We have the Divine Perfection living within us and with the Lord we are able to live good, clean lives.  We are able to touch the lives of people around us.  In doing this we can change our characters and stop grovelling.  We can amour ourselves with the Holy Spirit within us and take up the full armour of God.  Ready always to face the world head on.

Aspiring to grow spiritually and to bear beautiful fruits of truth, making peace with myself and growing in confidence and letting the Holy Spirit help me to grow and start moulding and changing my character, shaping and helping me condition it to a worthwhile life filled with peace and love.

May the Lord God bless you today, may you enjoy a peaceful day and evening, may the Holy Spirit come into Your lives and make you into new people, Holy Spirit filled people that are able to touch the lives of the people all around you, changing your characters.
