Cake Diary: Cream Cake Baked on Monday

For Tumi at Hendrina
Nkateko's 10th Birthday

Happy Birthday Nkateko may the Lord bless you richly today!

This Marble cake is 7cm in height and 30cm by 30cm, I used 500g of butter and 1.5 kg of icing sugar to cover this cake inside and out.

It was great fun baking for Tumi, I hope they enjoy the cake.
