Deuteronomy 32: 10 (Tree of Life Version) 10 He found him in the wilderness land, in the void of a howling waste.   He surrounded him, cared for him, guarded him as the pupil of His eye. Imagine this you find yourself standing in the desert, a sea of dry sand stretched out before you.   The sun beating down on your head and there are dunes before you with nothing in sight only sand. You feel your heart sinking and your spirit is really down ~ nowhere to turn, the dry desert is all around you.   Then suddenly Adonai finds you in the desert land, He heard your cry for help and He stretched out His hand over you.    You are pulled into the shield of God’s protection, the sun isn’t burning down on you anymore, God is protecting you like the apple of His eye.   You know that when God is holding you in the palm of His hand You are safe.   He spreads His wings around you, catches you and lifts you up on His pinions.   You know...

Today it is my heart’s desire to bring a worship song to the Lord God the Father through the Lord Jesus Christ.   I want to sing psalms, hymns; and spiritual songs and make music in my heart to the Lord.   Thanking the Lord God for all the wonderful things in my life.   God has blessed my live with the most beautiful children, step children and my own children and not forgetting my beautiful granddaughters.   God has opened the heavens over my life blessing me with good friend and a wonderful family. I have been chatting to the kids and it is really clear they all want super powers like Superman, Green Lantern, Wonder Woman, Super girl and Spider-Man to name just a view.   When you ask them what they know about the Holy Spirit, they will say that He comes to live in your heart.    Because we know the Holy Spirit is a Christians ‘super power’ we seem to want to hide it.   With the Holy Spirit living within me, the Lord Jesus has empowered me to face each day.   I am strong because I know the Holy Spirit is within me.   I am able to face each day knowing that I will be more than a conquer because of the Holy Spirit. When I stand before God in prayer, I don’t always have the right words and then the Holy Spirit speaks on my behalf to God, Deep calling onto deep. Malachi 2: 7 (LTB) 7 “Priests” lips should flow with the knowledge of God so the people will learn God’s laws.   The priests are the messengers of the Lord Almighty, and men should come to them for guidance. Reminding me ~ God is in control and that I love God and that ‘all things work together for those who love the Lord’ I consider my future.   Today as I think and focus on the Word of God I am asking the Lord my God for guidance.   I will not fall into a pit with feelings of confusion or feelings of being lost, yes I know things aren’t clear this minute but I will not cling to feelings of perplexity. Do not allow feelings of bewilderment or disorientation to drag you away from the Lord, go and speak to your Pastor or Priest and ask them to stand in the gap for you today, so that they can make a way for you by building a wall.   God is so good to each of us we don’t have to deal with these problems we have Him.
