God will never leave you.

God will never leave you.

Deuteronomy 31: 6 (AMP)

6 "Be strong, courageous, and firm, fear not nor be in terror before them, for it is the Lord your God Who goes with you; He will not fail you or forsake you."

When I faced hardship, it was easy to turn my focus on the LORD. I could tap into the Word and overcome my difficult circumstances. Facing any crisis that time forced me to the brink of no return, I had to keep moving, giving up wasn't an option. I realized that God would never leave me, nor would He forsake me. I believe God is committed to my spiritual growth, and if that meant hardship, then so be it.

I realized that He started a good work in me and that it will come to furnished. It struck me that I'll be tested and many times to the limit. To this day, I know God will never leave me. I can stake my life on that.

No one makes me prouder than seeing my children's success, and God has a great plan for them. I realized God wants my whole and committed heart. I know that God will never forsake me. I can put my trust in Him.

Prayer

Lord God, You will never leave me, nor will You forsake me. I place my entire life into Your hands. I commit the lives of my family and friends into Your hands. I am drawing a hedge of protection around each one of us today. Thank You, LORD, You will never leave me. In Jesus Name, Amen.

2nd Wedding Anniversary!

Hey, hey it is my 2 nd anniversary!   This has been an interesting time in my life and I must be honest I am starting to see the changes in my own life.    Firstly remember I am a city girl with this bad ass attitude, my way or the highway.   Ah, now let me tell you that doesn’t work like this.   My husband has a firm hand over me and keeps me in toe.   I am still my own person and have many new interests.    How was my day today?   Well the normal, got out of bed at 04h30 and then left the house by 06h00 arriving at work at 07h00.   Then to top it off in an early morning meeting at 07h30 to 08h30, then back in the office.   I worked on three projects; getting information from people isn’t that easy.   I firstly completed my own scope of work, followed up with the suppliers and then going back to the next person.   As I work according to my time keeping schedule I then finally got to lunch time.   I...

Wisdom in Trusting God

Proverbs 3: 5-6 NIV ā€œTrust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.ā€ My journey has been really interesting and there are days when I find it really difficult to trust in God.  On those days I go and make all kinds of plans and I think and worry about the matter at hand and at the end of that day I am tired, frustrated and I feel sick to my stomach.  Are you able to relate?   It sounds so easy when you read these words ā€œTrust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding;ā€  Many times I take my problems to the LORD and I leave them with the LORD and after some serious thinking and worrying I go back to the LORD and take the problems back. This has been something I did for a number of years and lately, I have realized it has to change, I have to trust in the LORD.  After all, God is the creator and knows the plans for...
