"May the best day of your past Be the worst day of your future." My Dad always wished me this Irish Blessing and I want it to matter today and every other day in my life.

"Joined together as one person."
November 11
"Joined together as one person."
1 Corinthians 6:17 (TLB)
17 "But if you give yourself to the Lord, you and Christ are joined together as one person."
When you read this passage, have you noticed what it is stating? As I read it, this is what I understand if I give myself to the Lord, then Christ and I, together as one person. So, if we joined together as one person, that means that the Lord Jesus is one with me. Can you see the impact this can have on your life? What a remarkable understanding, we joined together with the Lord Jesus Christ.
Both you and I are one with Christ. Let these words sink in and meditate on them today as you praise the Lord Jesus. God is so awesome that He gave Jesus to save both you and me from our sins. Now I know, and you know that we have been born again, we have surrendered our lives to the Lord Jesus. We are friends, we are in right standing with God. The Lord Jesus and to make it even better we joined together with Jesus Christ as one.
Prayer
Abba Father, Lord, we don't always think about where we stand with you in our lives. We do want to thank You, for the Lord Jesus, who is one with us today. Praise and worship Your Holy Name and give You all the glory, in the name of Jesus, Amen.
